Formed in 1980 from Hunter, Granger, Chesterfield and Redwood, with lots of 1960s to 1980s brick ramblers. Permits come from the city's Building Inspection Division.
Rural until the 1970s and then one of Utah's fastest-growing cities, so homes range from 1970s ramblers to newer builder-grade houses.
A 1903 smelter town and an early postwar suburb, with homes from the downtown historic districts to 1950s ramblers. Murray runs its own electric utility.
